… I am sorry for the “non-Friday” post, but I was searching for the bass tab for one of my favorite basslines and it’s probably because I don’t know the bass tabs voodoo, but I couldn’t Google it anywhere. Does someone have any hint for me, please? Thanks.

I am starting the B2B tomorrow (holidays yay!), so it’s absolutely out of question atm. … But it’s really one of my favourite electric baselines, so it’s probably one of those I would like to try to learn. But it seems that there are no tabs as a headstart for that funky execution.

That guy’s EB-0 is working pretty well for stoner. Interesting kind of stoner/post-metal sound these guys have.
yeah and the guitar is a “Mad Axe by Aria Pro II” Strat copy, like my very first electric guitar back in 1994. mine was black, I sold it for almost nothing last year.
crappy plywood guitar but I guess it’s not that important when shoegazing, because the tone of the guitar itself is very much diluted into the effects. so, as long as the neck is comfortable (which it was not, for me) …

I always found the part at 2:05 particulary satisfying, though I can’t explain why. 
A friend of @JT’s shared this with me and it’s awesome. I love Darkwave and need to dive deeper in to the more recent stuff. One of my favorite genres from way back but I haven’t followed more recent bands.

Tony Franklin through his appearances in Produce Like A Pro channel is the reason why I’ve chosen bass. His work on fretless bass is really mesmerizing to me.

Really like Hana. She does Trance songs, but also “normal” songs. Has kinda an Alanis Morissette vibe. Very creative. She just did this concert. It picks up around 15 min. Not really bass, but she plays a guitar.

Just picked up on this band Get Dead, by watching this live performance in Fat Mike’s backyard. They blew me away, I just can’t get enough. The live performance is so raw and energetic, it was nothing short of incredible.
The studio versions is a little tamer, but still, I am loving on these guys so much right now.
Best Punk Rap I have heard. A little Left Over Crack ish, but so much more RAW.
This whole album is great (Dancing with the Curse) , and its punk rock so the longest song is a little over 3 min, and the only 3 min song.
This is the first song on that album and one of the songs they did in the live set, I think the 3rd they played.
I can 't get enough of it, this just goes the F@#K OFF!
And I found out they have been around like 8 years, but they are Bay Area, so not my local scene. You can bet I am gonna dig into the last album that was like 6 years ago, I have seen some live stuff off of it and it was great too.
I will for sure be seeing them live some time.

This came out today, Robert Fripp and his wife do one every Sunday. Robert was the guitarist in King Crimson, one of the great prog rock bands.
