"Share some good music" Friday

Definitely!

My favorite artist like that is probably Caro Tanghe, a Belgian blackmetal/blackgaze singer involved with a few bands, primarily her own band (Oathbreaker, seems to be on hiatus) and Amenra.

This one is worth watching all the way through, builds slowly

Two songs. Frank Turner’s Four Simple Words — give it a moment for the intro. When the drums kick in it is a sonic assault that will make you glad to be alive:

Maybe they need a bassist

I can deal with that, pretty catchy, some good ole pop punk

Remind me of a Japanese L7 about 25 years later.
Pretty good, thanks for sharing

Way more metal than L7 though - they were pretty much channeling Judas Priest there.

L7 was great, haven’t thought about them in a while.

Yeah, 4 girls, and good music, I did’t think too deep on that one, L7 was first that popped into my mind. I am sure there are far superior comparisons out there.

L7 was pretty kickass. Now I wonder what happened with them.

Watch the channel on YouTube “Rock n Roll True Stories”. He did a few stories on them (at least one) recently (in the past 4-5 months)
Pretty easy to find.

Not for the faint at heart, the tampon incident is covered pretty thoroughly.

Ran across them and thought they were raw and interesting. Makes me want to pick up a EBMM

Raw is a really good term to apply to L7. Also Whiskey Dust
