What I like about the burst is the subtlety of its gradation. Nice airbrushing work there.
Color taste is subjective.
I agree the burst itself is nicely done. …and the color, yep, subjective… not for me though.
I would not have called this a burst, but what do I know?
Maybe we should call it something else, like maybe a “rimjob”.
