I’ve been playing the Rumble 100 for the last 3 hours @sadexpunk , the Rumble 15 is great but the 100 is on a completely different level in sound quality, and the variation in tone which is achievable is mind boggling. The vintage and contour modes sound very good. I can hear how my Yamaha and Ibanez basses really sound for the 1st time. I would definitely recommend going from the 15 to the 100. Before I got the rumble 100 I got a Blackstar Unity 120 and it sounded terrible so it was returned. Good luck on your amp upgrade journey :folded_hands:

thats really helpful @Appletones and helps put my mind at rest as i was also considering an Orange Crush 100. i think i’ll hold out for a rumble 100

thanks

Agree completely, coming from the 25. It couldn’t give my BEAD set up justice.

I have a rumble 40 at home and have played on Rumble 100 and Rumble 200. The 40 is fine but the 100 and 200 are definitely better (as they should be)

I’d guess the 40 with the 10” is quite a bit better than the 15/25 with the 8” driver. The 8” didn’t push much air, especially with B or A low string.

Yeah I’d say it’s a pretty noticeable upgrade with each step up

Definitely check out the Rumble Wiki on the TalkBass forum. I don’t post much there anymore, except for the Rumble and dogs threads. For @sadexpunk too.

What is on your Dingwall shopping list?

Nothing for now.

I had an SP1 that went back due to some issues.

Love this rig so much. The tube/digital blend on this head really adds warmth to the Markbass sound.
