I took one of my basses to my local guitar tech and he had this beauty hanging on his wall. I thought I should give it a good home. :grin:

Latest addition to the family. Her name is Tina (you shouldn’t have to ask after whom I named her).
She’s a Frank Bello ESP FBJ-400. She’s beautiful with the black satin accented by red trim and red fret markers. I can’t wait to hear how she sounds.

That is what initially caught my attention. Anything black with red accent always gets my attention.

It didn’t take me long to yank off those icky round wounds that came with it, and replace them with D’Addario black nylon tapewounds. She looks and sounds great!


Next step is for Sara to put my trademark red rose on her.
