Brought a new friend home from Chicago Music Exchange. Been stalking them for months; the container finally got out of Long Beach and dropped EVERY model! I basically saw their availability status change in real time.
LOVE the neck on her! Smooth and thin. The rolled edges are pretty spectacular after playing a Glarry, and a Hondo from the early 90s!
The setup out of the box is great. And the intonation is almost spot on! Strung with Ernie Balls from the factory. With a branded case (which seems to be alright) sub $750 out the door.

Exactly! My reliced bass…guess where the first ding was taken…right in the middle of the back of the neck! The only place it matters!!! argh

Nice bass. How does it play?

It plays great, first time tried short scale and its fun. Has a bit thicker neck than Ray4 if thats any reference to you. Build quality is nice.
Only thing I dislike is that it has weak bridge pup. Not enough honk. But thats easily upgradeable.
