It turns out if you go to the Fender shop page and change your store to Japan the MIJ’s show up:
Just going to the URL won’t do it, you have to manually set your store to Japan.

The matching headstocks work really really well. Someone said above that Fender should do more of these and I can’t agree more.
The Aerodyne looks very sweet. I think I’ll have to try it and hopefully add it to my mini-collection
Yep. They look awesome, as do the rosewood fretboards. Fixes both of my disappointments with the fender look
