Awesome man cave @itsratso ! Rather than watching movies, I would probably run Forza Horizon on this setup :face_holding_back_tears:

WIP Still.

Have some acoustic panels to place as there are still some echo areas.

Basses - Mine
3/4 Acoustic and Electric - older daughter
Ukelele - Younger daughter

1 work laptop + screen
Main PC + 2 screens
Linux PC that older daugher(she’s 10) uses for study and casual minecraft(server running in it)

There’s still wife’s semi acoustic fender in her office.

1 keyboard and 1 wall piano(that was offered because it needs extensive repair as it has 4 broken hammers… in the sitting room.

I don’t think I’ve ever replied to this thread. So, here goes:

(Pay no attention to the spackle on the wall, a TV used to be there, and the room is in dire need of a coat of paint.)

This is my practice space, my recording space, my workspace, and my gaming space. It’s also my sleep space (and obviously Athena’s sleep space as well, LOL).

I have two guitar hangers which are going to go on the wall a little higher than where the spackle is, and then my new Ibanez and my Kiesel will hang there.

UPDATE!
The guitar hangers have been mounted, and the picture updated. Shown are my Kiesel P-4 and my new Ibanez SRMS800.

My room is constantly changing. Mostly used for practice and recording covers, but it’s set up for a full band. Still a struggle to find people to jam with.

So much power… and then a Moody Raphael appears… :expressionless:

He was always my favorite, but I’m probably more like Leonardo than I care to admit, he was always my least favorite.

Thank you. Hopefully I will get another poster this week!

love this, and your entire space, would love this setup but like you I would not have people to fill up the band. I do opine for a couch in my space, but have to settle for a Moon Pod bean bag - - - someday, I will expand!

Finally got done renovating the attic, got the last baseboards done yesterday and all the joints siliconed. This is my practice space now. Opposites from the amp I will have my computer for recordings, book cases and a space for pedals. Maybe later their will be an addition of an electric drum kit…

That’s a rad space. I wish I had a space like that which wasn’t my bedroom, LOL. It looks… loft-y. I’ve always wanted a loft like that.

Totally agree, I’d love a practice space like that. The only suggestion I’ve got is if you can swing it, to rig some sound dampening blankets around for while you play or I think the sound bouncing off the walls would bug me (and definitely would bother my wife).

Wow! That turned out amazing! I remember you posting the before picture about a year ago?? I’d definitely like to disappear for a while in a space like that. Btw I recently got that same amp. Crush 100, sounds really nice :+1:

Sorry. I can’t help it but what I see is an opportunity to put a small shelf to raise the amp onto the lower shelf and hang the bass and guitar on the wall or place the stands on top of the upper shelf if it is wide enough in case you don’t want to do anything to the walls. Cheers!

I’m considering getting sound panels or something. As it’s quite boomy, but it’s also very empty. It’s 4 rooms all together. 2 of this size and 2 slightly larger. I just got done renovating it.

Yeah, that was after the fire we had. Took long enough to get it redone though, but it’s there and I’m very happy with it.
