@Professor very nice
and that jazz is very pretty
Thanks! The Standard Jazz has been my goto for open mic nights. Rock solid with just a little flair. lol
As I get further into the challenge list, Iām digging rounds on a P right now so I just ordered a new PJ to use for open mic (as well as covers) instead.
yes, love my jazz aswell, but Iām trying not to buy more basses right now.. :þ though Iāv bought a few pedals, to keep the GAS guy happy
Nicely played. Youāve come a long way in a pretty short time.
Thanks. Iāve grown as a player for sure since February - thatās when I started learning and recording covers like a fiend and participating in open mic nights.
I just finished a couple of songs to send to my son and my wife says she couldnāt tell that it wasnāt the original recording. I can tell, but Iāll take the compliment. ![]()
Now itās my turn.
This riff has become one of my go-to practice riffs, so it was nice to graduate to the full song.
Great job, great tone! Again, you make it look effortless. Itās so cool to go through these songs with someone else. ![]()
Thanks, yeah itās cool that weāre close. Iām already working on Lady Marmalade but it might take me a while.
Iām working back through the stuff Iāve missed so far. Finally upped Yellow. ![]()
Who says a P-bass tone isnāt versatile?
Totally different tone than your other recent cover.
This one is fantastic too!
Thanks. I think Amplitube can be thanked for that. Having access to a bunch of different simulated amps gives a lot of options for tone.
Amplitube is awesome. I have the tones pedal and itās amazing.
Only my second cover video, so still working on details of tone and recording tech.
Hope you enjoy this version by The Commitments on their 2011 Reunion Tour.
Nice jobā¦
