Next four I was a little puzzled by until I remembered I had Pet Shop Boys in the middle of a playlist full of the other bands and it made more sense.

Weird that JD didn’t top 10 for me this year, usually #1 or 2. Been exploring around a bit and neglecting them in favor of early New Order this year, it seems. That pendulum will swing back.

For sure, Brian Eno was a huge influence on lots of synth bands.
I’m not going to post mine, but Spotify says I was all about Sade this year. Sounds about right. 
“Your Love is King” has been living rent-free in my head most of the year.
