Had a few minutes after voting today, so I tried this Bass today.
I walked away very impressed, to be honest. Had a nice sound, quality workmanship and wasn’t destroyed.
Has anyone had a chance to try one of these out?

Pickups look vastly superior to J’s to me but I’m a double-buck guy and J-bass purists would disagree 
I would prefer this bass over a normal J-bass myself.

Just as a bit of an update, for those of us living in the US, Guitar Center has this Bass for $349 for the next few days. It’s a pretty good deal at this price, check it out!
