Squier Paranormal Series Jazz Bass '54

Okay, so it came in today. There isn’t anything cosmetically wrong with it. It does though not seem to have as much punch or volume to is as my 14 years S.U.B. does.

I will mess around with it and see if it is a keeper or not.

Will most likely need a setup and set pickup heights.
But…SUBs are meant to be punchy, etc. This is a passive J bass. Different animal.
Doesn’t mean it can’t be, with proper setup and preamp,etc.

These are also fantastic platforms for mods, etc.
