In Mark Smith’s free Talking Bass lessons, he usually has a bass with two soapbox humbuckers and a purple headstock. Does anybody know what make and model of bass that is? I’m just super curious, its a great looking instrument.

I know ive seen those pickups on Spector models, those with lights. As I could undestand they are all in one. You can set them to be humbucker, jazz pickup and p pickup. So maybe look into Spector catalogue or wait for someone more knowledgeable to give you satisfactory answer.

his main bass is the very expensive enfield lionheart, with the dark blue colorshift paint job.
