What an uplifting film. I could only imagine playing in a band with 6-7 other basses, it’d be like a hunger game at the end of the piece, 
Love how she said that we are the foundation and it’s our job to support and not stand out. Love it.

I, too, watched this last night. What a truly impressive and inspirational lady. Just trying to count the number of lives she has and is still touching in a positive way is overwhelming. And, nope, no man carried her luggage or instrument. I love that it was her niece who made the documentary. Thanks!
