Thanks to everyone for all the helpful comments. I did buy a bass, but not the Peerless Retromatic B2. I am not sure if I should write about it on this thread or start a new thread and leave this thread about the Peerless or maybe there is a thread with a title like “Hey this is my new Bass!” that I have not found.
