Time to change strings?

WTF?

Is that a flux capacitor? Some kind of nuclear device?

Can you put your bass in it?

Only if I chop it up

A friend at uni uses the same one in her lab and I thought I’d go with her recommendation. I’d previously ordered the Sanitas model but it was broken on arrival :frowning:

Other than strings it’s apparently good for cleaning bike parts, glasses etc. Can’t wait to try

Can’t wait to hear about your results!
Do you know the working frequency? Does it heat up the water too?
That looks very serious!

I have cleaned everything that fits in my Sanitas now. It’s great, but some things I need to be pre-cleaned. Like tubeless valves for mountain bikes … the sealant fluid gets all rubbery and sticky, so that needs some brute force first.

Everything else works perfectly, especially strings!

(Checks manual) 40kHz … and yes! Apparently you can set the temperature. So far it seems pretty good although the sound scares my rats and my wife - both of whom apper to be sensitive to high frequencies

Hahaha! Yeah, my gf is also a bat(girl). I cannot hear anything above 16KHz anymore … very depressing.
But she hears up 20Khz, the b#tch! I totally envy her when she screams when I do my room audio measurements

Eh happens to us all - you can use a HF audio generator to keep away teenagers apparently

I wanna be a teenager, if that is what it takes. Loosing the ability to hear frequencies is like dying slowly :frowning:
