Trick for aging eyesight

I’m sure this has been mentioned before, but JIC…To more easily see the fret markers on the side of the neck of my bass, I used a hole punch on some vinyl electrical tape. Without reading glasses the dots were too small to see, and I can’t use my readers while watching lessons on my laptop.

I used a sharpie marker… and since I am still learning, I added fret numbers:

I used glow in the dark sticky tape on my acoustic bass as it gets used in the dark.
Same trick with the hole punch

I would need them larger I’m just starting out as well.
