Used Rumble 100 - good deal or not

I need an extra amp but I’m not willing to put a lot of money and I want to buy used equipment

I found this amp but the cover is damaged. Value 200eur

Do you think this is an issue? Will you buy it ? I will test it anyway

I’d rather buy a new one for €300

The price is right. The speaker cone looks OK. The Fender logo looks undamaged. Worth a shot would be my vote. Since the damaged grill cloth needs to be replaced, you could use a black cloth like on my Studio 40 or the Stage 800. That would look killer.

369 € is a little more than 300 €, so it kind of depends on the shipping cost. The price is over 75 €, so Thomann would ship for free. If the 200 € cost on Leboncoin includes shipping AND the seller commits to undamaged functionality, that would be a good deal.

If it works and there’s no issue with the speaker, I’d buy it.

The good thing about Fender is that the more beat up (looks) the better. It has character. (that’s the story you are going to stick with, if/ when you get that,)

You’re right it’s “relic”

I’ll pick it up so no shipping costs and indeed this is 200 vs. 369…
