Visual Reference for Natural Symbol. Ninja Star?

Hey hey,

First time poster. Really enjoying the lessons, I’m on module 6 at the point where Josh is talking about the sharp, flat and natural symbols. At one point he says that after all these years he hasn’t found a visual reference for the natural symbol. Well to me it looks a frickin’ ninja star. right? with two blades sticking out of it, it definetly looks like it would do some damage if you yeeted it at somebodies head anyway. He said to send in your idea if you have one but the contact page seems broken so posting here. That’s clearly a ninja star though right?

It’s a Unicode character. U+266E. You can use the Character Map Windows app to get it. It’s at the very end of the Lucida Sans Unicode characters. Scroll all the way down.

I dig the ninja star comparison.
It always made me think of the band L7, but their logo doesn’t do the extended bits above and below.
It also reminds me of when you do that thing with your hands to frame a photo or a scene? You know?
But ninja star is the most helpful as a teaching tool.
