I read this the other day and was like, welp. They have one more album and have stated it’s their last, and they aren’t going to tour. So… why the drama, after 40 years?
I seriously doubt they tried to screw him over like New Order did to Hooky. But you never know.
That’s what I was thinking. For most people, if you do a job for 40 years, you just retire and that’s that. With a net worth estimated at $20 million. That was an incredibly successful music career. Then there’s that whole part where you get to know you influenced an entire generation of bass players and got to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
