This is very very close to how I was considering covering this song but I was going to use harmonizing vocaloids for the vocals as (a) my voice would be totally wrong for this song and (b) we don’t have a better singer 
But the synths, drums, and bass are spot on for what I was going to do. Note that the original does not have a bassline, just the bass solos.

Funny, I would love to do some covers off this album when I get good enough but in a psych rock / shoegazey sort of style, and see if I could make some goth heads explode. I tend to think Robert would approve.

Whenever the world decides to be a bit too much “Monday morning”, this will always be my go to track. I love Bolt Thrower, one of the very few bands with a flawless discography. Also, tying in with my WH40K obsessions is just the icing on the cake.
Also has one of the few female bass players in death metal.

Man there is some great band name potential in 40k. Amazed metal and prog bands have not riffed off that more. Like why is there no deathcore band called Exterminatus?
