It’s been one of my favorite albums since release. I was living in San Francisco at the time (as was Jack Dangers) and got to see him tour it live in tiny venues. Whole album is top tier.

A lot of people go to Radio Babylon or I Got The Fear for that era of MBM but I always liked Satyricon better than the earlier stuff (which is also great, but Satyricon was special).

FSOL sampling Radio Babylon’s bassline for Papua New Guinea might have been part of that.
