What are you smoking?

I hear ya’ … that is what my OP was all about,

Don’t get me wrong, I really like how this topic has taken on a life of all forms of smoke- including ribs and other recipes! To me, a big part of life is the physical sense of taste… almost as much as hearing in that music satisfies that desire.

Smoke 'em if you got 'em… be it cloves, cigars, meat… and/or whatever gets you going… just don’t lecture me if you don’t care for it (live and let live.)

I have purchased some of the Djarum clove filters and will enjoy one every few weeks or so, but they are not the same. I tried some “clove” cigars but the are barely a step above Swisher Sweets… heck, those were the days of the Sweets back decades ago in high school where one wanted to appear as suave by stepping out of the realm of cigarettes.

Never really cared for cigarettes… I saw a price for a pack at a convenience store the other day, $12.00 for a single pack! I remember them for 0.75 from the vending machine in the sub shop that I used to work!

Thank you members for a great conversation!

That’s why you use a dry herb vape you can clean.

I used to smoke cloves. Loved Djarums, but if I couldn’t find them Krakatoas were okay. Been many years.

I occasionally partake in smoking the herb, but I prefer edibles most of the time. Thankfully it is legal here.

I’m new to vaping, I’ve smoked for 10 years. I would cough a lot smoking cigarettes, but when I started vaping the coughing went away.

I like to jump around through different fruit/menthol combos, but mixed berry/menthol is always a favorite .

Had a Cohiba the other evening. Nice and mild.

I prefer smoking weed joint, and vaping THC Carts. I have a lookah bear 510 battery from 420buy headshop.
The best way I could describe the effect of the marijuana is that it would make me relaxed and creative.

Back to the other kind of smoking. Back in the States, I had a Yoder Smokers YS640 pellet grill. They don’t come much better. Here are two examples, one beef, the other chicken. Nothing like it here in France.

I used to be a Big Green Egg guy. Since I bought the pellet smoker/grill I haven’t touched it. So easy and consistent, and fantastic flavor!

Hey everyone! I’m Ben Singh, and I run Your Elegant Bar. I’ve been into cigars for a long time, and I just saw a post about cigars that really got me thinking, so I wanted to share my two cents.

First off, I really respect people who are trying to quit cigarettes or cannabis. That’s not easy, and I give major credit to anyone working on that.

Now, when it comes to cigars, I see them more as a special treat something to enjoy once in a while, not every day. I’ve got a few favorites like Oliva, My Father, and E.P. Carrillo. I mostly go for Nicaraguan and Honduran cigars because they’ve got this really nice mix of earthy, spicy, and chocolatey flavors that get better the longer you smoke them. I usually pair them with a glass of smoky whisky or Scotch especially the ones from Islay with that peaty kick. And honestly, cigars are just more fun when you’re hanging out with good people.

So, if you’re into cigars like I am, my advice is this: take your time and enjoy the whole process. Cutting, lighting, sipping a drink it’s all part of the fun. It makes the experience way better.

I take a puff of LSD twice every two weeks or so…Trippy stuff! and if you are in to psychedelics, NEVER, and I mean, NEVER TRY SALVIA. I mean, you can…but don’t take too much of it. I’ve also sniffed pepper as a experiment…Not bad! But, might set your nose and fire for awhile…

:scream: omg what! no! one day me and my buddy were riding home from work and stuck in traffic for fucking hours and we were dying for a smoke so we rolled down the window and asked the dude next to us if he had one to spare and it was a clove. His last one…I have a feeling someone gave him two and he hated it so he passed it off :joy: worst thing I ever smoked!

Just got off work and smoking on Neon Sunset stuffed inside a king palm. perfect end to a crap night.

Aside from the kilograms of weed and hash that I’ve smoked in my life, one of my most fun experiences was smoking the peyote gifted to me by a couple of old Navajos I met in a bar in Flagstaff. They’d been growing it for decades. Lordy, but that was trippy. I could have sworn that I was communicating directly with the spirit of Jim Morrison.
