I went over and had a look and a bit of a pluck and loved it , the guy in the shop is a bassist so i asked him to give it a good blast which he did with the amp and without and it was pukka so for the princely sum of £200 i purchased my 1st ’ proper’ Bass guitar and a strap and almost havent put it down since getting home yesterday lol .
there are a couple of tiny marks in the body but not noticeable unless the light is at the right angle and apart from that it is spotless in Candy red and im sooo happy and got on with a couple of lessons and some noodling as you say and loving every minute .
I tried flicking between the 'cheapo e bay bass i bought and the Yam just to see and omg the difference is worlds apart and i know i made the right decision in finding a decent instrument to start learning on …
i reckon i got a ‘plucking’ good deal ??? one happy boy here
