OK I give up - what’s the bass? A fender?

Yes, she’s a Fender sponsored artist, but she has an unusual pickup arrangement for a Fender; a J/MM

Yeah I was wondering if it may be a Sandberg. Looks really nice.

I’m a big fan of Tanya O’Callaghan, Becky Baldwin, April Kae and Victoria De Angelis!

Watching women play the bass is very helpful because with my hand and overall body size I can’t relate to a lot of the great guy bassists with large finger fretting reaches and the physicality to hold super heavy basses for long periods of time.

I play the, new for 2024, red hot longhorn since I have a broken back. I would never have even known there was a bass that light (mine is just under 6 pounds) if I hadn’t been following Maneskin, Victoria’s group!

+1 to the wait what?
First off - this sounds painful and serious!
Is it possible to play and play standing with a broken back?
Are you out of commission until the back heals?
What does this mean?

Yeah I missed that - please don’t harm yourself for the bass, take your recovery seriously!
