Women on Bass

I broke it in my late 30s so technically it’s as healed as possible. I can still do things I just have to mix up my body positions and not stay too long in one position. The Danelectro long horn is nice and light and I practice 3x a week with it and 2x a week without it. It’s working out. I just can’t take it as fast as my brain wants to lol

My back is basically as healed as it’s going to get soo yess I can play - I just need to mix it; standing and sitting and play for an hour to hour and a half at a time!

Huge relief, I thought you meant your back was currently broken and you were still jamming out, because that’s just how hard you rock

Would one of those stands like what @Al1885 has help? It would at least get the weight of the bass off of you and let you play sitting or standing.

You mean this?

Ouch @JillyKat you can definitely use this. There are 2 brands. This one is German. The other is from here I guess. There are pros and cons on both. If you wanna get into this let me know. They are not cheat but pretty good tool.
