What you have there is a very British solution to moving into a flat (apartment) with no garage. As a structural engineer, I have to point out that the ACRO prop is not an adequate long term solution to holding up the brickwork - it makes reversing the vehicle tricky.
Subliminal Talking Heads tunes should be banned from radio advertising though.
