This is the inimitable Muriel Anderson, a world-class harp guitar virtuoso. I had the privilege of doing a one-on-one video interview with her at the NAMM Show some years back.
Muriel plays the song’s melody and bass line simultaneously on the harp guitar’s neck and the floating strings.

That’s a lot of strings to buy / tune but I suppose if you are a harpists, that’s normal.
