Not played those, I used to play the tabletop RPG when I was in college and our friend group here in the states played for a while too. Been a decade or two though…
The CRPGs are getting pretty dated now but if you grab ShadowRun: Hong Kong on Steam it’s way worth a try. Great game.
That’s what makes these great, they ain’t real naan bread, but they are fantastic flatbreads. Thin enough to be really versatile but thick enough to have some decent chew to them as well. And really tasty
We get that often here at Indian restaurants.
Yeah super common, in a mix with some other stuff. Love that.
The original toppings for pizza, which originated in 18th century Naples, Italy, were simple and inexpensive:
Salt and garlic, Cheese, Basil, Tomatoes, Olive oil, and Anchovies.
From there people put whatever they want on their pizza! There is no God in charge of what you can or cannot put on (your) pizza. I am not a fan of pineapple in general as well as anchovy or onions.
I like a simple pepperoni pizza and i have had a pizza with falafel on it that was very good. Then theres also that breakfast pizza out there.
Telling someone how to have (their) pizza is like telling them what songs they can or cannot play on (their) bass.
I’m sure no one here has ever told anyone how to have their pizza.
What this thread is for is to invite folks to share what they prefer as their fave pizza toppings and what they don’t ever order.
It’s all about personal preference.
I know plenty of people that have told others what to put on their pizzas. I get what you mean I was simply stating that there are people out there that almost become violent over what others order on their pizzas. Im really only concerned about what I order on my own pies!
No worries, man. It’s all good here.
I used to regularly live-stream pizza making and the amount of pissed off ‘pizza purists’ that would hurl insults at me in the chat was mind boggling.
I just looked at your website - some amazing looking pizzas!
I’m very much a non-traditionalist. If I think something will taste good then I’m going to try it.
I always remember a great one I had in a small town in Colorado. White sauce, italian sausage, pistachio and roasted cauliflower I think. It was GOOD.
Probably because you didn’t do it properly tinned spaghetti on top like the pros.
I’ve lived in Naples (Italy, not Florida) and am perfectly happy with a Margherita or some of the crazy Asian fusion pizzas I’ve found around me. The only thing that matters imo is that the end product is delicious.
Nice. I’m in Switzerland, so am lucky to have easy access to Italy. Even so, I tend to prefer something a bit more experimental (though I think even I would draw the line at tinned spaghetti).
Thanks!
We certainly went far out in left field with some of the creations!
Now, I’ve never done that specific combo before and boy does it sound amazing!
One time I did make a spaghetti & meatballs pizza. Not tinned though. A carbs on carbs monstrosity.
A different time we made a Spaghetti-O’s style pizza but I made the sauce from scratch and used premade pasta Os. It was shockingly good.
Yes it gets violent!
There will be no Chef Boyardee slander. It’s not Italian food but there are moments when it is just the right thing for the job. Especially the “ravioli”.
I have seen you admit that you’re not always right.
