Bass Porn

I never paid much attention to Jackson Basses before, and I have no Idea whyđŸ€”
But I just saw this, and I likey!!!

I have a thing for Orange.
And neck thru body builds.

Probably how I first found BassBuzz TBH, it was the orange background that drew me in. True story.

Looks good. I like orange too. For orange basses, I’ve always liked the Sandberg palette the best. Bit pricey, but they are great basses.

Dingwall names their colors after sports car and superbike company colors. So of course we have Lamborghini Orange:

Sandbergs are great, but for the styles I like and the aesthetic, not to mention the features, Dingwall all the way for me

Not saying I would turn down a nice California, mind you. Sandbergs sound amazing everywhere I have heard them.

Yeah, I had posted this a whole ago on a different thread, after playing around with Sandberg’s configurator. I like that even the headstock is in orange

I love matching headstocks. One of the few things I don’t like with Fender is that matching headstocks are pretty rare.

Yeah @joergkutter, I played with their website last night after seeing your post.

I couldnt get the metallic orange on all of the styles, but came up with some cool axe’s

Now if I could only justify spending that kind of money on any or all of them.:joy::crazy_face:

Fun to play with for sure, I could get roped into that for hours if not careful.

Potentially expensive hobby you have there, @T_dub

Lol @peterhuppertz. I like that. What is it from?

We have our sea of orange here too.
Have them at my Ducks hockey games for one.
I am not an American Football fan at all, but there are plenty of college teams that get a whole stadium filled with orange.

@howard that is a beautiful Dingwall. I love the color. They are very nice modern looking Basses. I just don’t Love them tho, but I could make an exception for that one, for the color alone.

I am not even considering them. @peterhuppertz, Just fun to play with the website.

Yeah the Sandbergs definitely have the more classic look down while still being modern-ish. Plus they are a lot cheaper than the Dingwall

Living in Knoxville, TN for a while can do the trick
(and that is not just the stadium that looks orange on game day )

Orange is the national colour in The Netherlands. The royal family carries the name “Van Oranje”.

We don’t have a flag waving tradition in our country (unless it comes to sports, the Dutch are considerably less patriotic than, say, the average US citizen), but on specific national holidays, people do bring out their flags, and when there is a birthday in the royal family, the Dutch flag gets topped off with an orange banner.

And when there are large gatherings to watch big sports events involving a national team (soccer – pic 1, F1 racing – picture 3, taken in Hockenheim, Germany, or field hockey), or on King’s Day (the celebration of our king’s birthday – pic 2), the vast majority will be dressed up (and often face-painted) in orange.
