Just joking on the scale length.
It’s a Cervelle AVP 200. This thing seems to be vaporware, a one-off that never took off, like the builder, I guess.
And it’s a fretless, so maybe the lines don’t mean anything?!

I don’t normally go for black basses but this year’s MIJ Hybrid II Precision looks pretty killer, blacked out with the maple neck to stand out.
I can vouch for the overall quality here, I own this model in blue/white and it’s outstanding.
