Bass Porn

Wow, I was starring so long at the pair, I just now seen the blue one. That’s so sweeeeeeet.
And so nicely buffed up… I absolutely love it.

So they are not afraid of the battery exploding they they were telling me the excuse why my cheapo BBNE2 doesn’t shipped with one, I know it was all BS.

No it only has 2 knobs both are volume knobs
The trans blue is the SB1

Im no stranger to the bass with only volume knob

I also love my bass with the “producer” switch :joy: it’s the same idea, you want different tone, change your plugging technique and position you are the one determining the tone and not some knobs, :joy:

I’ve spent way to much time looking at the SB pics, however I play a song between starring sessions… :joy:
If the sb2 I’m looking at wasn’t 3 hours away I’d have it.

How about the price at $972. USD.
Is that a decent price?

This uh… took me a few minutes to figure out. I was just starting to curse Zeus, Odin, and Jaco when I thought to check the battery compartment because I was getting sound on passive.

This is hilarious. I wonder why my TRBX had one. Then again it’s one of very few new basses I have mail-ordered - strongly dislike doing that with new instruments.

Alternate theory: Sweetwater steals them!

Great price, even factoring in gas for the 6 hour round trip. You should do it. You know you want to, so if need that little extra nudge, there you go.

Where is this again @jimmyWishbone Canada? I might take a short flight and pick it up, :joy:

Safe to say you’ll name your bass Mjolnir of doom :joy:

I’ve heard this quarter sawn style with these rings on the wood is a desirable feature, is that a big deal?
Its very pretty anyway.

I’m 100% cool if you’ve been questioned almost to death, today almost all day is a planned bass day for me while it rains heavy out there.
I play here on the forum between songs during playing times, resting my arm and fingers.

Very nice! It’s generally refer to as a Tiger stripes. They are not more special besides the aesthetic than the regular neck. But it looks great here’s mine with the roasted maple neck

The fret board on that is the most tiger stripping I’ve ever seen, its incredibly beautiful.

You and your collection are totally, without question way way out of control…

You have to wait for Xmas! If I can, you can.

And yes, a purple Orange amp is in my future somewhere

Lol, my Boss multi effect is my Xmas gift. This is what we’re calling an anniversary gift… which is today (15 years this year). We upgraded my wife’s wedding set and I think she’s been feeling guilty because we got her a knuckle buster.
