I could eat that every day, looks great!
It’s always good @BillJr, this one took 13 hour’s 45minutes.
We had some done with homemade spicy Korean sauce and some natural, the rest gets put in the freezer.
Cheers Brian
I bet that’s amazing, I do it that way in a slow cooker sometimes and it is freaking fantastic. Shoulder roast is a cut of meat that is really hard to mess up.
Funny… that also showed up in my timeline earlier today
Not fair! I’m seeing this at 6:30 am!
Not fair he’s making me hungry at 1am
Yeah 11pm here and now I want a snack

I spent 12 yrs living in Korea and love the food
the first pic is Topokki…this cooks to a stew consistency and then you serve over rice
the second is bendekduk…kimchi pancake spicy and dipped in soy sauce
the last pic is part of the setting for our Korean Thanksgiving (Chusok)
I totally love Korean food. Especially Jjigae.
right there with you…me and the missus roll into a korean restaurant she’ll order the entire menu and a bag to take it home with…mean while i’m there spooning the tofu out of my kimchi jjigae and burnin meat on the grill
The Japanese take on it is awesome too, I love the ishiyaki bibimbap you can get at most chains.
