I saw Muse last week. One of the best shows I’ve seen. Biggest stage production I’ve ever seen.
My friend had almost front row seats for this tour and said it was awesome. His vids were killer.
That would have been cool to be that close.
That has got to be the legendary The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway tour. Which was kind of outrageous. I wonder if The Musical Box has a double necked Rick bass like Genesis used that tour.
Also wonder if they have the Slippermen costumes (with inflatable private parts) that Peter wore. It was the 70s after all.
This photo answers both of your questions.

I’ve seen them perform this show. It’s an amazing performance. The first time I saw them it was surreal how authentic it felt. I’ve been to 3 or 4 shows.
It does, yes on the Slippermen, no on the double neck Rick, which was a 6 string guitar and a 4 string bass. Sounds like a great show though
I checked, no dates near me. Oh well.
That’s too bad, Subscribe to their mailing list. It’s worth the wait!
My first was Marillion back in about 1983, most recent was Samantha Fish in November last year.
Really want to see Hollywood Vampires in July this year but the tickets were sold out in like three nanoseconds
It’s a blues night for me at The Saloon in SF. They very considerately keep an Ampeg 8x10 in place for all who come through.
you can see it on youtube (of course)
First live gig Iron Maiden on the Powerslave tour in Oxford 1984, last gig Shinedown on the Planet Zero tour in Nottingham last November. It was also my wife’s second ever gig (she’s 62), the first being Godsmack in Manchester the month before. She has decided now that we’re going to see Shinedown every time they come to the UK!
Really, really really want to see 5 Finger Death Punch but they only tend to do two or three gigs when they do come to the UK and the ticket prices are
Went to see Peter Gabriel last weekend in Birmingham, UK. It was well worth it. I never thought I will have that opportunity as he stopped gigging many years ago.
Here are some pictures made by Tony Levin (which I admire for his bass playing):
My first concert was John Denver when I was about 12 or so at Middle Tennessee State University. My parents took me because I really liked his music (and still do)
My last concert was Rush at Starwood Amphitheater in Nashville Tennessee. Man it was such a good show. Hard to believe that three guys could put out that kind of sound!
A couple weeks ago I got to see The Cure with my whole family. My mom, my wife, all my siblings and some nieces and nephews. the Cure runs deep in our family. My mom did fall asleep, but she’s 81 so she’s forgiven.
Awesome! That says something right there, the whole family likes them!
That’s fantastic!
