Are you kidding me???
That is some mean bad-joke-bait Not going there…
You have got to take your mind out of the gutter, I’m sure she dressed up for the occasion.
It’s funny when the host was asking about the machine. “What’s that sci-fi looking machine do? Oh it’s a vacuum machine, lol.
I bought one of those for the tuner but I really am starting to enjoy the different effects and the rhythms it has onboard.
It’s a useful little thing, once I eventually got rid of the annoying interference noise when it was plugged into the USB, no idea why plugging into a USB on the monitor fixed it, but it did
So today I purchased made in Poland Maruszczyk Elwood 4p short scale:
Both Maruszczyk and Mensinger basses are made in this workshop:
Thats awesome axe. Ive been looking for a BBG5S or BB605 for a quite some time now.
Has such unique tone I love it.
Congrats, @jacq. Love Polish basses.
Gorgeous bass!
Congrats!! I am a big Maruszczyk fan. Is that the black burst finish?
@Shibata Yes, it is a transparent black burst satin finish.
Katalox fingerboard is the one thing I have never seen before. It looks really nice, though.
Love the 3D effect on the finish.
She’s a beauty!
The katalox looks great. People in the Maruszczyk thread on TB often give Katalox fingerboards much praise. Congrats. It is beautiful!
Beautiful! Thank goodness I don’t like those body shapes!
Not too crazy about it either… reminds me of, uhm, one of those balloon animals
I have played a few, they are just, small, at least to my Fender normalized lot of basses, and sit and feel just weird.
I am totally fine with it, I don’t need another thing to buy.
In the NON-bass world - I have tried just about every digital woodwind MIDI controller thingy on the market, hated all of them, so, just ordered the next generation in these things, called an EMEO.
It’s basically a practice sax for when you can’t make noise.
It is also basically a MIDI controller.
The key to this one is it is an actual sax body and keywork so it feels like a sax, sized about the same as alto. This is the important part, no buttons, keys.
I have the SWAM digital sax plugins (closest thing to real saxes) already so will sound a lot better, but, can make this thing sound like any instrument. Brings sax practice back to travel for me…
Comes in March(ish).
You grew up with some crazy balloon animals
