Just saw that @sunDOG had already posted this one over in the Bass Porn thread. Gonna leave the pics up anyway since the more the merrier. This one ticks a lot of boxes. Probably won’t buy it, but damn do I want to!

Now that I have seen a Mayones Ori Enji in person I am less gassing for Dingwall, but this one looks damn good.

It’s from the custom shop, so probably quite a lot of cheese :exploding_head:

So not a lowly pret a porter bass like the current $5000 Afterburners?

(the Mayones is silly money too)

Yeah the Indonesian SP1 (which I’ve yet to receive) really doesn’t need to be my gateway drug into the custom shop !

I agree. After staring and drooling over the 8K € custom shop Super Jazz that Bass Freaks had in stock, I bought 2 SP1’s. And saved 3K €! I love how you can save money by spending it.

That looks like the 10th Anniversary Edition I bought. You’re gonna love it!

Happy me :star_struck:

Luckily, weekend is not too far away

Hey, can you assist me with Trumpet-player GAS? My brother’s birthday is coming up and he plays trumpet. What could I get him? He’s got the basics (cloth, metronome, music stand, bag/case).

Does he have a mute (“Stopfer” oder DĂ€mpfer in German)??

Or this one right away (depending on budget):

Thanks, @joergkutter , that’s a great product and could be a great choice, if my brother is okay with getting that large a gift. I’ll see if I can finagle that.

I used the Yamaha trumpet mute for years. It’s amazing, and if your brother lives with anyone, they will love him a lot more after he gets this.

I’ve sent the French horn version of that mute through effects pedals before. That’s a really interesting experience!

My 1980 Traynor is whacked, didn’t know if it was the head or the speakers, I had a good suspicion is was the head. I bought this today, used Rumble 410 cabinet and the Markbass little mark IV, came home and confirmed it’s a problem with the Traynor head. This little set up sounds amazing.

I recently bought the same head and really like it.

Just bought a Ashdown 4x10 + Hartke HA3500 for 160€ off some moving company that didn’t even know what it was used for. Should be a worthy replacement for my old 20W HB Combo

Oh wow, yeah you might hear a little difference between the two. Awesome setup and upgrade! I’m also really liking the color of you bass.
