Alex is a great teacher. I was able to achieve a goal that’s eluded me for years as a byproduct while doing the beta. It’s the BassBuzz for guitar, best course out there for absolute beginners.

I also helped with the Beta test.
I have been vaguely interested in learning guitar for a long time but never actually stuck with it, I got a bit more interested after B2B primarily as a route to better understanding of theory.
The Guitar Buzz beta course is the only one I have really stuck with, and it did a lot to fuel my enthusiasm and ability on guitar.
I highly recommend, it is very similar to B2B and I endorse Alex as a teacher.
I will be re-doing this version.

Those Pacificasters are nice but pretty expensive for Teles. I do love the 611 though, H/P90 is tempting.
I wish I liked Surf because a SGV would be a great choice then.

I was looking at the Pacifica strats, I have two teles-one with the Animals pickguard and one I wired as a Broadcaster.
I have a couple of other guitars which belies my ability

Yeah the 611 is a very cool instrument. Looks great, has two of my favorite pickups (I have used both other guitars), comes in purple/maple, etc

I personally struggled a lot on the Beta and provided way more feedback than Alex & team probably wanted, but, they listened!! They retooled the entire course and took all the magic of BassBuzz (less the wizardry of Josh) and made a damn fine course (and found a new wizard in Alex).
I’m really looking forward to finding time to redo the course now that it’s reworked.

I wasn’t looking for a guitar program, but something clicked in my brain when I was looking at the song list.
Just entertaining the possibility of adding a guitar track or doing side by side videos on my bass covers was enough for me to sign up. At least I already own a guitar at each house.

I mentioned when I had to step away from the beta that I would purchase the course when it was released. Super happy that I’m finally able to do that!
While a member of the beta team, I saw a LOT of active participation from the members. I know that many significant changes and improvements were made because of that. So, a great big shoutout to every single member of the beta team!
Time to spend my money!

Picked up and actually played one of my guitars for the first time in maybe 12 years a couple days ago, and literally just before hopping over here I was perusing some online class options but wasn’t feeling any of them.
This very much feels like a sign!
