Great to have you here @kleared42
Hi all, I’m David from the UK.
I kind of inherited my bass from my son, it’s been in storage whilst he’s been at college & he doesn’t have room for it where he lives now that he’s working & renting a flat. I suddenly thought ‘why not?’, brought the bass home & signed up for Beginner to Badass. I love it!
I’m 61, & I’m following my personal motto of ‘it’s never too late to learn’.
Great to meet you all, I hope that I can add something to the forum & learn lots from you all too.
Cheers,
David

It was a Huge difference having a setup guitar for the first time - like night and day difference, getting to watch the tech at work was a good nerd thrill for me.
Very cool to hear about your vacationing. I lived in Traverse for many years, was married in Glen Arbor by the lakes, beautiful area isn’t it? I’m on my own now but still get out for some hiking and camping when possible. Feel free to give a shout when you’ll be exploring again below the bridge.
