Yer gonna run into a LOT of people learning and frankly completely new to music here… The B2B ( Beginner to Badass) course is aimed at people who have never even picked up a bass before
I suspect you will have lots of really good advice for most of us… who are still learning
Welcome! I thought at first you were saying the bassist for Boston (and said Rick McLaughlin is not the bassist for Boston) before I figured out bassist from Boston.
John, I’m still learning too! I’m curious about the B2B process and what Josh and JP and Jason have built here. I see that this is more electric bass focused, which is cool, too. Glad to be a here!
HA! Oh, man, I should probably change that. I’m for sure NOT the bassist from that band. Fran Sheehan is great, and I loved learning his lines when I was a kid. Anyway, hey, @faydout nice to meet you!
Hi everyone, Im wouter, 25 years old and started learning bass along with the course. before that i’ve been doing some random bass tabs videos on youtube (mainly from the strokes, which is a fav band of mine), and always liked the sound of the bass. Now trying to keep up learning for real. Good to be here:)
Hello everyone. Greetings from Finland. Now two months playing with Josh, and i really enjoy this course and the way he teach. Fully motivated and high hopes for my future bass playing skills. Old dog can learn some new tricks i can say.
Merry Christmas and happy new year .
Welcome @jombba85 ! So glad you are enjoying the course! … You won’t find a better course anywhere Also these forums are packed with bass badasses who love to help in case you have any questions!
