Welcome @Dana !
Hi @Dana!
Welcome along @Dana ! All credit to you for juggling learning bass and a two-month-old at the same time!
Welcome @Dana
Have fun!
Welcome, enjoy the course
Welcome, @Dana. Glad you’re here. The Sire V7 is a great bass. Enjoy the lessons!
Hello and welcome to the … bassment (as so like to call it)!
I bet that Sire feels a lot nicer to play! I got to mess around with a used V3 at the local GC while testing out amps recently and now have some serious eyes on either an M P or U for a future second bass since my current one’s already a jazz.
I have a Sire M5 and a short scale U5. Both are excellent basses.
Welcome @Dana !
Hi! Just wanna say that I am going to be playing bass in a band at a show next month!! I’m super excited. Still have lots to learn and am only on module 6 rn. I play guitar already and had been playing some bass at home before starting the course but honestly feel like making the commitment to learn and practice and be thinking about bass and music all the time helped me get the confidence to offer to play in a friend’s band I had been wanting to play with for a while. This is a little dream come true for me and I am so excited!
Badass bass momma in the house! Supper cool!
How soon are you going to get the little ones playing?
Wow nice - what kind of music will you play?
Indie rock/folk rock kinda genre
Hey hey! I’m Steve and I’m from just outside London (the green hilly bit). I bought my first bass on New Years Eve 2019 and messed about with it for a while but didn’t really progress far due to work and family commitments. I decided to take the bull by the horns and subscribed to B2B this time last year… And now with the kids old enough to keep them selves out of danger I’m consciously carving the time out to ACTUALLY LEARN I can’t promise that I’ll be challenging Leland Sklar to a slap-duel any time soon but I’ll do my best to put the time in and get passable at this wonderful instrument!
Welcome, @Turbohobbit. Glad you’re here. Just take each module of B2B at your own pace and you’ll be thumping in no time. Josh makes it fun and addictive. Enjoy the lessons!
Welcome @Turbohobbit
