Looks like a Warwick Corvette, I used to have that same bass long ago. I LOVED it.

Hi all, took me a while to figure out how the threads work, but wanted to introduce myself.

I just started playing bass after taking a 20 year hiatus.

Back in high school and college I played in

some church bands and a Blue Grass band for a while. I was never that great, but still loved to play.

I’m now more than half way through B2B and have already leardned more than I knew years ago.

Here is a shot of me in 1998 and now, with a very similar setup.

Andrew here from Maidenhead in the UK. I’ve just started B2B having never had a formal lesson, but got bye by picking out a few tunes I liked.

I bought my bass back in the early 80s, and it’s followed me around ever since, gradually being neglected and falling apart. Having recently retired at 60 I decided to repurpose myself and bring the T-40 back to life and learn to play it. Now with a new set of flats and a low action it never previously had, I feel inspired to get learning and playing!
