OOps sorry I didn’t see the hot link to the thread in your post.
LOL its okay
I find most customer service these days takes days to a week via email or voicemail.
The whole “no one wants to work” thing is part of the issue. I’ve gone to getting some zen built into the “I want an answer now dammit”.
Also find that once they are on the case they stick with you quicker Vs waiting so long between contacts.
Had this with BBG, Darkglass, Blackstar and a couple others. The only customer service nightmare I’m in now is with Traveler guitar who all have seemed to have fallen in a hole.
Imagine being a gigging musician and having to wait weeks to get support for essential gear
So I found a drum machine (TR-8S) used at a killer price and a midi keyboard was next on the list.
Pretty much looking for the same as Howard, regular sized keys, smaller footprint.
Anything newish out there for less than $200 that’s recommended?
I gave up on the smaller footprint
Full size keys are a must for me and there are smaller controlers out there but good, small, and full-size keys was a tough nut to crack.
I really like Arturia products myself and Novation is also great, but neither are particularly cheap nor small with full-size keys (KeyLab Essential 49 is the smallest Arturia with full keys and it’s $269).
M-Audio is mid-quality but also good value for the price. Korg makes some decent smaller ones (and I had one for a while, it was fine).
Stupid giant fingers lol. Thanks for the reply
