I know we did this a while ago, but couldn’t find it to resurrect it so starting another.
This time - play by the rules…
- You can only keep 1 bass, you MUST choose only one
- none of this wishy washy ‘this one but then if x or y then that one’
- seriously, choose, only 1
- It has to be a bass you already own
- Choose wisely
As i was looking at my rack this morning, the clear clear winner is the Rickenbacker.
Might not be as flexible of a tone, but it’s the one I would keep, period.
actually this is not where i thought you would go. cool
I’m actually selling the one you probably thought I would keep
Somewhat wistfully, but I’m just not playing it much since I got the SBV.
we’re going to make a gear flipper out of you yet
Hmm. I feel like I’m stepping into a trap, here.
That said, were I forced to only keep one bass and could keep no others, It would be my Kiesel Osiris:
…and then I’d go on a mad quest to recover the B4 I had to get rid of for this insane thread.
I love the way my fretless Jazz bass sounds with TI Jazz Flats and Fender Noiseless pickups.
I want dibs if you ever decide to sell that @Mac
Something about it is stellar.
Didn’t even think of that, lol.
I absolutely love your PRS. If ever I get another bass, a PRS is high atop the list.
But which one do you sell to make room?
Fender P Bass. Never selling it. @John_E can screen shot this but he’ll never have to use it
