Thanks @Whying_Dutchman - I think you should give it a try! I bet you could play at least some of the sections. I found bits real finger-twisters and struggled for a while but got it with practice. It feels fun to play.

I do enjoy Tears For Fears. I know what you mean about the long intros before the bass kicks in, I’ve found a few like that too. Standing there looking awkward, or singing is what normally happens, neither of which I enjoy watching myself do!
Same as with everyone’s videos, I enjoy them for what they are and don’t indulge in any critique. Not that there is any need to from my point of view. I’m no expert, so am not likely to notice any minor errors.
I just love watching other peoples covers. You always look really relaxed in your posture and playing.

I do admire you dedication, taking a bass away with you. Although it’s a great way to pass the time while stuck in a hotel somewhere.
I don’t know how you learn these songs so quickly. I don’t think I’ve managed a single song without having the tab rolling along for me to glance at (or stare intently at more like!)
