This is a great tune to ‘feel’ the blues and let your playing sound it.
As you progress, you may want to revisit this tune, and keep working on it to get the emotion of the playing to evolve too.
Sounds like you have a bit more than fret buzz, maybe clipping, a bit distorted on some notes, perhaps gain is too high.
Great job on this, and I love that bass!

I splurged for that bass …AMERICAN VINTAGE II 1954 PRECISION BASS… the bridge cover is pressing foam on to the strings to mute them
