I’m back with another study, this time on a classic Brazilian bass line from the 70s.

Recorded with a Fender Precision with flatwounds.

Any feedback is welcome!

Just completed the Beginner to Badass course and wanted to share my most recent cover. I wouldn’t say it is my best playing, but it is where I am at after the course. Any feedback is welcome.

The Invertants - Teenage Kicks (The Undertones)

Yep, and another song from our gig last week - probably the last one I’ll post :wink: It’s a great set opener, hit ‘em hard from the first note!

Edit: I think the sound quality of this latest set of full band covers is pretty good. I achieved this using a second hand Zoom H1 Essential, which was on a table, next to the iPhone that I used to video us. I bought it second hand and for something that cost me £60, its really very good.

Ok, so I haven’t made a big deal about this, but today I am getting together with a couple of guys and jam. We have three or so songs we are gonna test the waters out with. I am hoping this will turn out to be a good thing. If all goes well and it sounds decent, (i.e. if everyone remembers their parts) I may post a video of us jamming. Fingers crossed :crossed_fingers:

Alright, so I decided to post this. Sound isn’t perfect l, but what can ya do? My new band “Elimin8r” (yes, it’s a ZZ Top reference :blush:) jamming out for the first time. It went surprisingly well for never having played together before.
