I like my modded Squier so much I’m posting the Fender MIA for sale.

Absolutely. My modded Squier Jazz V is my number one 5 string.

Squire’s definitely take the win over an MIA Fender in the truss rod access category

I am really a big fan of the wheel adjustment now. It is much easier to use, doesn’t get stripped, and just makes more sense. Not sure if there is a patent on it, but I wish more manufacturers implemented it.

Depends. This is not always a thing. Vintage recreations put it in, well, the vintage spot no one likes it.

Others are on the headstock end.

Yeahbut… I’d consider my Squire a vintage recreation and they put it in the smart spot

My MIM Fender is at the headstock. Easy to adjust. If you use the right size Allen wrench and don’t act like an animal then it’s all good.

So the answer is; Headstock - Yes. Neck pocket thumb wheel - Yes. Any other neck pocket system - No.

Again depends on the vintage they are recreating, not your definition.

Probably not, or it’s expired. The Peavey BXP Milestones and Milleniums have heel truss wheels too. Some others as well.
