Congrats to the seller for not having to look at that head stock anymore. ![]()

I wish this forum had a laughing reaction instead of just a heart|!
I’m going to list my Kiesel Zeus. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this bass, it’s just too modern and aggressive sounding for my tastes. It plays like a dream. It includes a Kiesel Ultimate Soft Case (which are tough as nails, go look up their video about them on YouTube) and both Kiesel radiused humbucker and radiused single-coil pickups (the single-coils are installed currently).
If you’re interested, make me an offer before I list it somewhere else. ![]()
You KNOW I have a GAS problem, and I really don’t need two 50s inspired p-basses! So I’m selling my Sire D5. I’ve listed it on Marketplace for £250, but would sell to a “Buzzer” for £225.
It’s in good condition, one tiny ding on the lower horn, but can’t really be seen. Strung with flats.
I’m based south west of London, if anyone is interested.

That is one beautiful looking bass!

Ian Martin Allison Sig (Long Scale) 45-104

Nice looking bass, why are you selling it, @Barney?
It doesn’t compliment my skin tone. Makes me look a little bit washed out. Plus the Black Baum Wingman is slimming.

Barney, you are an islander from the sheeplands overlooking cliffs. The only thing that complements your skin tone is SPF 60, and nothing compliments it. Happens to us of East European stock too ![]()
I’d be interested in the GHS precision flats and the DR legends. Shipping to Saudi Oilberta.
I’m interested in the pressurewounds if no one has claimed!

Hey, gang.
Got some “impulse purchase” basses to sell, I’m offering them here first because you all are the best. There is NOTHING wrong with them, I’m just not playing them and I’d rather recoup some of my investment than let them hang around unplayed. If I don’t get any pings here, they’ll wind up on OfferUp or Reverb.
The first is this beautiful Kiesel Zeus:
Great bass, super lightweight, great tone (those are single-coil pickups, so it’s like a J/J), but if I’m going to play a Kiesel I’ll play my Osiris.
The second is this beautiful Ibanez Premium SR1420B:
Great bass, also lightweight, super-fast neck. I bought it brand new.
As mentioned, there’s nothing wrong with either bass. They’re… awesome. I’m just not playing them, and it’s a shame for them to be not played.
If you’re interested, hit me up with an offer. ![]()

I’m selling two basses from my out of control collection. Sadly, I simply don’t have the space and my wife isn’t impressed with the compulsive GAS!!
Squier PJ. The bass is pretty much immaculate and looks freakin’ cool in black on black. Action is low and it plays beautifully. I’ve listed it on marketplace for £175, but would take £150 from someone within this community.
Sire D5. 50s P bass cool! I bough this on a whim, wanting to compare it with my Squier CV 50s bass. It compares very well, in fact it’s probably a better bass. But I bought a custom pick guard for the Squier (£60) so I’m selling the Sire. It’s strung with flats. Listed on marketplace for £250, but would take £225 from someone within this community.
I can provide more pictures on request.
Obviously, my amp isn’t included in the sale ![]()
I’m southeast of London (just off M3) and the office is in Walton on Thames, so some options re: a meet-up.
Annoying time waster this evening. “I want to buy this bass.” Messages last night, again at lunchtime today … then is a ‘no show’. Agg!!
should sic bassbot on them
I almost splurged and bought a G&L L-2000 last week, one was up for sale locally for what I wanted to pay. I messaged and had a conversation going, then the guy ghosted me till yesterday. I declined explaining that his communication skills left me with a lack of trust. Now, I’m debating just kicking it up a notch and throwing down for a Sire M6 (the new multi-scale headless one). Back to topic, even sellers can be flakes.
I had a line on a mint Lakland Duck Dunn P, at a great price. A “pinch me” price.
I contacted the dude, he said yes.
Then…
He made like Caspar until I finally tracked him down. All manner of reasons for going dark ensued.
Finally, his stance was: shipping is a pain in the ass.
I bade him adieu.
