I have the same model, in white. I’ve checked out all the ‘guard options, but I like the visual purity of the parchment one it came with.

I blame @Mac & @Al1885 for this one.
Ever since I saw Mac’s ~75 Jazz he got I’ve been in lust for one, but damn if they aren’t over $3,000 here.
Then good old @Al1885 pointed out to me that the Fender Marcus Miller Signature Jazz has all the same specs, and an additional active circuit. 3-bolt micro tilt neck, bridge pickup mounted closer to bridge than other Fender Jazz, white binding/white pearloid block inlays, etc.
Been on the hunt for a while and just brought this guy home today from a kind fella in New Jersey for a steal (no tax and shipping helps.
Needs to be cleaned and set up but damn if the active preamp isn’t beastly on this puppy. The special stock pickups are a-ok sounding to me too.
This one is a 2006 CIJ. Need to swap out two knobs to make it look correct. Merry Christmas / Happy Birthday to me!

This is 10.5 lbs. light next to my 11+ Squier J and 12 lb T-40. Plus, weight doesn’t bother me. I hang bari saxes around my neck.

It needs a bit of exterior cleaning but damn if these aren’t sweet. Gladly take a $250 case/gig bag for free.

The newest addition to the family. A Reverend Thundergun in gunmetal metallic. It sounds decent through the 3 watt amp I keep at work. I can’t wait to plug it into a decent amp when I get home.
