yeah, it’s pretty nice .
haven’t played it a lot yet, but barely needed any adjustment straight out of the box
slight tweak on the neck and intonation, pretty much all it needed

These are my 2 forever basses.
(1) 1995 Warwick Fortress Masterman (made in Germany). Owned it for 15 years.
(2) Fender Jazz Hybrid:
*Fender USA Standard Jazz bass body
*Roasted Maple Vintera® '60’S Jazz Bass® Neck
*Leo Quan Badass III bridge string thru body
*Hipshot USA Ultralite Tuners
*John East J-Retro 01 active preamp
*Delano JMVC split coil noiseless pickups
*Schaller S-Locks
That Fortress is very nice
Indeed. You don’t see them often enough.
We’ve had a love/hate relationship! But she’s still my #1
Yep. They’re real hard to find now & when they do come up, they’re bought straight away. There’s 2 on Ebay at the moment but they’re both overpriced.
I sold my Warwick basses in a recent cull and do kinda miss them
Yeah, i go to sell my Masterman, but then i pick it up and…nope, you’re staying put! Just a great sounding bass. Bright when you need it & then thunderous lows when you need it. Fits in all genres of music i reckon.
Yeah, the Warwick TwinJ pickup is fantastic.
You don’t see that configuration much, outside of MEC.
Forever basses they should be. They are gorgeous!
Agree with you 100%. HowlinDawg I would love to get another one in a different colour & use with flats…but finding a decent one at the right price is the problem.
Thank you Shibata
Thats gorgeous. I love a natural finish Rickenbacker!
not much need for more
The only one you need! Beautiful!
That looks great! Such a cool bass. How are you getting along with it?
Love it!
